Mexican golf courses are recognized worldwide for their extraordinary quality; this is proved by the arrival to the country of the PGA Tour in February, 2007 with the PGA Mayakoba Golf Classic, hosted by the amazing golf course El Camaleón, located in the Mayan Riviera. It was a historical event, since the PGA was carrying out an official event outside of USA or Canada for the first time. In 2009, the third edition of this classic took place with great success.
